Registration

For Authors and Participants

The participants must register for the conference on or before the 30th of Nov 2025. The abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings/technical sessions if at least one of the authors does not register before the deadline. Please use the below steps to register with IRCUWU2025.

Registration Steps

  1. Make the payment using one of the methods listed on this page.
  2. Complete the online registration form by clicking the “Register Now” button below and submit it along with the payment receipt. (If you are registering under the student category, please provide a scanned copy of your valid student ID.)
  3. Upload the Camera-Ready Abstract (final submission) via CMT, along with a scanned copy of the Author Declaration Form, signed by all authors, and a copy of the registration fee payment slip (online or physical).
